Doors are open 📼
Diverse teams don’t automatically work well together. Neuromixity helps organizations turn cognitive diversity into performance, by actively mixing different minds so the magic can happen.
The idea
Recognizes that brains work differently. A fact, an awareness.
Posture: observer
Makes room for that difference. Accommodation, equal access, a seat at the table.
Posture: host
Combines those differences on purpose. Performance and innovation, not just presence.
Posture: chef
A team can be diverse and inclusive, and still underperform if nobody manages the mix. Chemistry gets you diversity. Alchemy gets you the click.
Neuromixtape Vol. 1

A lead programmer quit. Not for money, not for a promotion. He left because the three colleagues he clicked with were gone.
Co-written with Leanne Chukoskie, PhD (Northeastern University). Side A: why teams click, and what neuroscience says about it. Side B: the five principles of neuromixing. 13-min read.

About
Pierre Escaich spent 28 years building creative teams at Ubisoft, where he founded a 700+ member neurodiversity community that grew into a company-wide talent program. He discovered his own ADHD at 50, through his children’s diagnoses, and turned that personal recognition into professional purpose. Today he helps organizations mix different minds on purpose, so their teams finally click. He lives in Copenhagen with his neurodivergent family.
